THE GHOST IN THE DAWN

It was during the Mesa de Gallo when the most awful event happened in my life. I prepared myself and started walking to the church. I was alone and houses were very far from my way. I’ve heard many stories about ghost in our place, Anao, Tarlac, but I never believe on this.

While I was walking one lady appeared before me and as I know, she was also going to the church, because of her attire. She was with white dress and on her head was a white and long veil. I thought that she was one of the church’s officers so I asked her to walk with me. I shouted for her to notice me but she never look back. I ran for me to be with her, but she was too fast. I really wondered why I could not reach her though I’ve exerted my effort to run as fast as I could.

I reached the past with a light and at last, I waked together with her. She was not looking at me and this really bothered me. Upon reaching the next post with a light, the lady vanished and fear manifested in me. I ran till I reached the church and from this moment, I started believing in white lady.
